MEMS microphones use acoustic sensors which have been fabricated on semiconductor manufacturing traces applying silicon wafers and highly automated processes.  Layers of various elements are deposited on top of a silicon wafer and after that the undesirable substance is then etched absent, developing a moveable membrane and a hard and fast backpla
